1. Shipping Overview
We deliver the 2ND MATE FG (All-in-One) printed book across India. All orders are carefully packed and dispatched from our fulfilment centre.
2. Shipping Destinations
- India: Free shipping on all orders. We ship to all states and union territories via reputed courier partners.
- International: We currently do not offer international shipping. We hope to expand this in the future.
3. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days of confirmed payment. You will receive an email with your tracking details once your order is dispatched.
Processing may be delayed during public holidays, peak periods, or in case of address verification issues. We will notify you via email if there is any significant delay.
4. Delivery Timeline

These are estimates and not guarantees. Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via email. You can track your order directly through your account dashboard under My Orders, or use the courier partner's website with the provided tracking number.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@octasea.com with:
- Your order ID
- A clear photograph of the damaged/incorrect item
- A brief description of the issue
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
7. Returns Policy
Given the nature of physical books, we maintain a limited returns policy:
- Eligible for return: Items received in a damaged, defective, or significantly different condition from what was described.
- Not eligible for return: Books that have been read, used, written in, or are in a condition other than new. Returns are not accepted simply due to a change of mind.
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- Returned items must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact.
8. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- UPI / Net Banking: 3–5 business days
- Credit / Debit Card: 5–7 business days (depending on your bank)
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
9. Order Cancellations
- Before dispatch: You may cancel your order by emailing us at support@octasea.com. A full refund will be issued promptly.
- After dispatch: Cancellations are not possible once the order has been dispatched. You may initiate a return upon delivery if eligible.
10. Non-Delivery
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please first check your tracking information. If the issue persists, contact us at support@octasea.com with your order ID, and we will investigate with the courier partner.
