Cancellation and Refund Policy

At StickyShala, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every order. Please review our cancellation and refund policies below before making a purchase.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
  • To cancel your order, email us at support@stickyshala.com with your order ID.
  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Return & Replacement Policy

  • Eligible Reasons:
    • You received the wrong book
    • The book is damaged or defective
    • Pages are missing or misprinted
  • Conditions for Return:
    • Request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
    • Item must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
    • Customer must share clear images of the issue (damaged/wrong item).
  • Returns are not accepted for
    • Books ordered by mistake
    • Minor wear due to packaging or shipping
    • Change of mind after delivery

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • In case of prepaid orders, refunds are only processed to the source account.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item).
  • For eligible returns, we will arrange reverse pickup where possible. If not, you may be asked to self-ship.
